Arlind Halitaj is a Job Captain. His personal and professional goals are focused on the realm of architecture. He strives to provide residential and commercial buildings that will ensure comfort and security and surpass this ideal by delivering design excellence, allowing individuals to express their personality as an extension of themselves in their built environment. "I strongly believe that architecture should reflect our individuality while maintaining a balance between value for the intended user(s) and adhering to sustainable building techniques and principles. The structures that we build are derived from many factors, such as local climate, style, culture, and availability of materials. Still, the biggest factor is budget; this drives what we build; however, we can overcome this with the right design strategies. As architects and designers, we can bridge the divide by considering budget to plan and design accordingly; I believe overcoming this barrier is more than possible."
